The Devil's Fingers - Preliminary Sketches
This is a typical page from one of my sketchbooks, in which I explore various ideas.
Each of these images is approximately 7.5 x 10cm. The top-right image was later
the basis of the larger watercolour, 56 x 76cm, but with the elements reversed laterally.
